The short version: luvent sends you thoughtful messages about your relationship. It is not therapy, it is not advice, and you can leave whenever you like.
What luvent is
A subscription service that sends personalised messages to both partners on WhatsApp. One subscription covers both of you.
It is not a therapist, a counsellor, or a medical service, and nothing it says is professional advice. If something serious is going on in your relationship or your life, please talk to someone qualified.
In an emergency, contact your local emergency services. In Spain that is 112.
The messages
Messages are written by an AI model from what you've told us. They are personalised, which also means they are unpredictable — we cannot guarantee any particular message will land well.
Tell us when one doesn't. It is the fastest way to make the next one better.
Paying
Seven days free, then $4.99 for your first month, then $12.99 a month or $79.99 a year, whichever you chose. Prices are in US dollars.
Cancel any time from your account or by writing STOP on WhatsApp. You keep what you've paid for until the end of the period you've paid.
We don't refund partial periods, but if something went genuinely wrong, write to us — we would rather fix it than argue about it.
Using it fairly
Only add a phone number you have permission to add. The person behind it will receive a message from us.
One subscription is for one couple. Don't resell it or share it more widely.
We may end a subscription that is being used to harass someone. That is the only reason we would.
The legal bit
luvent is provided as it is. We work hard to make it good, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable or never get something wrong.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Nothing here takes away consumer rights you have where you live.
