luvent is run by MBFM Group LLC, a company registered in California. This page describes exactly what we collect, why, and what we never do. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect
What you tell us when you sign up: your name, WhatsApp number, the language you read in, and what you choose to share about your relationship — how long you've been together, where you live, what you both enjoy, and anything you decide to tell us about what you find hard.
The messages between you and luvent. Not your conversations with your partner — only what you write to luvent itself, in the same way any contact in WhatsApp sees what you send them.
A rolling summary of those messages, so luvent remembers enough to not repeat itself and not ask you something you already answered.
If you sign in with Google, Google tells us your name, your email address and nothing else, and we use them only to identify your account. We do not read your Gmail, your contacts, your calendar, your files or any other Google data — we never ask Google for access to any of it, and could not read it if we wanted to.
What we never do
We never read your WhatsApp conversations with your partner, or with anyone else. We cannot: WhatsApp does not give us access, and we would not want it.
We never pass what one partner writes to the other. Each of you has a private thread. The only shared memory is a summary, and luvent is explicitly instructed to leave confidences out of it.
We never sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train a public model.
Who we share it with
Three companies, each doing one job: Meta (WhatsApp), to deliver the messages. Anthropic, whose Claude model writes them. Stripe, to take payment — Stripe holds your card details, we never see them.
Our database is hosted with Supabase on servers in the United States. If you are in the EU, that means your data is transferred to the US.
How long we keep it
While your subscription is live, and for 90 days after it ends so you can come back without starting over.
Ask us to delete everything and we will, within 30 days. Write to hola@luvent.io from the address you signed up with, or message luvent on WhatsApp.
Your rights
If you are in the EU or UK you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us processing it. Write to hola@luvent.io.
You can stop all messages at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp. That takes effect immediately and applies to every relationship that number is part of.
